Appointment Policies

At Appearances Salon and Retreat, we are truly grateful for your trust and the opportunity to serve you. As we head into the busy holiday season, we want to kindly remind you of our scheduling policies to help us provide the best possible service to everyone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when at all possible.

No call/no shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice could incur a 50% service fee.

Late Arrivals

We’re always happy to see you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on track for all our clients.

Unpaid Fees

Any outstanding fees must be settled before booking future appointments.

We may require a deposit to book any future services if multiple last minute cancellations or no call/no shows occur.
