Our Scheduling Policy

We value you, your time, and your business. In order to serve all our guests well, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling an appointment.

If you need to adjust your appointment, we make it easy—just reach out! We send reminders via email and text with a link to manage your booking online. You can also call us at 217.546.3777 and leave a voicemail anytime. We’ll return your call as soon as we reopen.

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling. Life happens, and we understand—just let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and others on our schedule.
