CANCELLATION POLICY
We value you, your time and your business. We ask that you respect our scheduling practices and our busy schedules.
We ask for at least a 24 hour notice when rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellations made without proper notice will incur a 50% service fee. Failure to notify the salon prior to any missed appointment will incur 100% service fee. Late arrivals become a missed appointment after 15 min & will need to be rescheduled.
Any unpaid fees are required before we can schedule a future visit. We understand things come up and you may need to change an appointment. We have several ways to reach us-day and night. We send appointment reminders by email or text, which include a link to our website. You can make adjustments up to 24 hours prior.
